Wow, seriously going through the pain barrier learning a bunch of new stuff at the moment!

As well as Android, I've learning .Net MVC 4.  I've used .Net for years, but it's been mostly forms.

This tutorial is for MVC 3, but it's the best 'getting started' tutorial I've found:

It covers bits that weren't immediately obviously, like partials and multiple entity tables, which were missing in a lot of the other getting started tutorials that I tried.
